Returns and Refunds Policy

Dear customer, we at Ecommerce believe that customer service is the corner stone of our entire business. We try our best to avoid any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us, therefore we made sure that all our policies are transparent and simple to understand and if you need any clarification please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

When you buy from we want you to be happy with your purchase. So, if you need to return a product, get it exchanged or refunded, we want to make it as easy as possible.

We will refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as

perishable goods (e.g. toiletries, cleaning products)

You have the right to return or exchange items purchased from within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original

Returned items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resalable condition.

Items bought during promotions or on discount are not eligible for refunds.

You have the right to receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash.

You have the right to receive your refund within (…….) calendar days of your original request.

You have the right to exchange items purchased within 14 calendar days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original sealed packaging. We will offer you the value of the item with in­store credit that will be valid for 6 months.


1- Cancelling Policy:

1.1. Your right to cancel:

When placing an order from "Online Shop”, “you" may cancel your order any time before products are sent to your address.

That means if "You" change your mind about your order, or "You" decide for any reason you don’t want it, "You" will notify us by calling any of our representatives in Customer Care Center and cancel your order.

"You" will have the right to cancel your order completely and we shall refund your credit or KNET card with the full amount (the card used originally in the purchase order).

In case You cancel an order completely 48 hours prior to the date of delivery "the cancellation period" you would have the right to get a full refund for the amount you paid (the purchase price, delivery and assembly fees) without the picking fees.

If cancellation occurs within the 24 hours delivery fees will not be refunded.

In some cases, cancelling all products that require assembly may result in changing the delivery date chosen before.

1.2. You don’t have right to cancel:

If "You" cancel your delivery on receipt at your home delivery address then delivery fees will not be returned.

2- Return Policy:

Please prepare your Web order number and one of our representatives from Customer Care Center will verify your order details an proceed with your return process.

2.1. Our Conditions to receive the products:

Products to be returned need to be in a proper condition a received, wrapped in its original wrapping, "We" shall refund you with the same way your originally paid for it (for example the amount will be refunded to your credit card account you used when you placed you purchase order), with additional charges for the return orders, the picking and deliver charges should not be refunded.

"We" shall receive the products from you from the address where they were delivered originally, and that is according to the following conditions: "You" agree to give all products you want return to our representative with un opened and full Package availability.

"You" must sign the return receipt to confirm the return process.

The representative will attend to receive Products by providing the return document. If you cannot be present in person to return the products you may assign someone to act on your behalf.

Your representative must be an adult, distinctive, able to supervise all products when returned on your behalf, and you agree that we shall have the right to rely on his instructions as if they were yours.

2.2. Refunding your Money:

"We" shall refund the amount paid to purchase the products and refund the money according to the payment method used in payment.

However, please note that products must be returned as specified in the return Policy.

Other than, as stated in the return policy, "We" shall not refund any delivery or assembly fees you paid if you demand to return the products we delivered to the specified address.

If "We" agree to refund your money, "We "shall not be responsible to refund the money to your bank.

The date of refund to your credit or KNET card may differ according to your Bank. (It may take from (1) business day to (3) weeks).

3- Your Consumer rights

Nothing in our returns policy affects your consumer rights.
